As the critical part for belt hydroextractor (rubber belt vacuum filter), rubber filter belt adopts stabilized dacron sailcloth of superb performance or terylene fabric, for its framework material and various formulas for its glue stuff, and the manufacturing process of sulfuration and forming at one go. This will enable the application under various operating conditions.

Specifications: Sunny EP possesses the globally leading production line of 3500mm×6000mm combination of flat vulcanizing press, equipped with top-class testing and inspecting facilities, which can manufacture rubber filter belt within 3400mm in width and 60mm in thickness.
